The top presenting company at TechCrunch50 will receive a $50,000 prize. The TechCrunch50 Best-In-Show Award will be determined mutually by our panel of experts and conference organizers. TechCrunch50 companies will also receive $1.3 million in free advertising from our partners.

We will also offer the following TechCrunch50 recognition awards:

• Top 5 Semi-Finalists
• Audience Choice Award (winner chosen by conference-attendee voting)
• DemoPit Audience Choice Award (winner gets the last presentation slot on stage at the conference)
• Best Enterprise Start-up
• Best Mobile Start-up

• Best TC50 Presenter

The awards will be presented during the closing ceremony, Tuesday September 15.
