The top presenting company at TechCrunch50 will receive a $50,000 prize. The TechCrunch50 Best-In-Show Award will be determined mutually by our panel of experts and conference organizers.

We will also offer the following TechCrunch50 recognition awards:

• DemoPit Audience Choice Award (this winner gets the last presentation slot on stage at the conference)
• Best Consumer Start-up
• Best Entertprise Start-up
• Best Mobile Start-up
• Best International Start-up
• Best TC50 Presenter

The awards will be presented during the closing ceremony, Wednesday September 10.
