PERSONALRIA (PR) is an innovative platform that replaces mutual funds as the primary investment vehicle available to retail investors. There are two key participants in the platform: REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISORS (RIAs), and retail investors (investors with an average, or below average, amount of investible assets). RIAs are investment professionals that usually cater to the high-net-worth market segment.
Our technological capabilities will enable the creation of virtual funds managed by registered investment advisors (RIAs). That is, each real-money portfolio managed directly by one of our RIAs can be set to continuously trigger, on a proportionate basis, an identical portfolio in our clients’ brokerage accounts. The web-app suite will enable the creation of investment vehicles wrapped in layers of the much needed transparency and interactivity features. RIAs will now profitably engage with the retail investor market segment, and retail investors will have access to a much improved level of investment talent.
